Today my boy told me he wanted the chocolate sponge cake again for his bento, and he specifically mentioned that he don’t want anything else inside the bento besides the sponge cake.
I asked him what he want his sponge cake to be, and he immediately answered me police car. Then I realized he has a reason behind! Yesterday his bento box was from the car series (the cover of the bento box looks exactly like the bento box bag in the photo) and one of his friend claimed that they are police car. Therefore he wanted to show his friend what is police car with the tomica bento box!
OK, that makes my job so much simpler. Just cut the sponge cake into tomica shape and decorate the detail with cheese and seaweed. As usual, I bet the cheese will come back together with the bento box. LOL

I become a fan and regular visitor of your blog now especially your ‘Bento’ creativity
Working Mom – Thank you so much for your support! Your comment really makes my day, and I hope the blog will brightened up your day as well
Probably you can try to make bento too, just for the fun if not required to do it on regular basis. Then I’ll have more bento friends, yay!
Your boy really is cute..the way he demands his bento to be..; ) really can’t wait for my son to grow up..I want to make him a cute police car bento like that too. ; )
Carmen – Yeah, he always made me laugh with the reason behind his request
Can’t wait for your bento for you boy too
Tomica car is rock!! You make me want to get that cute Tomica bento box too. Can’t help it with my bento addicts hahaha … I have the cutter but so seldom to use it. Too much bento stuffs that sometimes make me forgot which tools I have :p
Lia Chen – Yeah, my boy like that tomica bento box the most now. So am I, haha…And I have the same problem as you, my bento addicts! Some of my bento stuffs, if not because my boy dig it out, it will be sitting in my cupboard collecting dusts! But I can’t help buying new ones!
