This is the entry I received from LayC and posted on behalf.
It is entry #2 for the Happy & Healthy contest I received so far. Thank you for participating LayC!
LayC was having a happy & fun filled mooncake making sessions with her lovely students during one of their school’s holiday activities.
In fact they actually got 1st place for the contest! Wow, congratulations kids!
It was an exciting activity for both the students and the teacher herself. All children from different cultures and ethnics learnt about Mooncake festival, and having fun time making their own mooncakes!
Most importantly, this is ‘homemade’ mooncake with no artificial preservatives so it is healthy! LOL
So this is indeed a ‘Happy & Healthy’ event for the children at school with teacher LayC!

Ok you got me, I will have to Google “Mooncake” now! It looks interesting! Is it edible?
Asfora – Oh yes, it is edible, and is yummy! It is a Chinese occasion celebration, where we make the mooncakes and we sit outside where we can see the moon (it falls on the 15th day of the 8th month in Lunar calender, when that day is fullmoon) and eat that with tea
Nice one..
prince n princess mum – Yeah, I like this one a lot too! The students looks so happy!
Sounds a lot of fun! I wish I were one of those students! As the Indonesian student representative hehe. Btw, I have submitted my bento entry for your giveaway contest
. Hope it is valid hehe
tatabonita – Yes, I can see from the photo that all of them enjoy the mooncake making so much!
