Happy Halloween!

Halloween is just around the corner! Though we didn’t celebrate Halloween over here, I had a real fun time making all the Halloween theme bento – the bread onigiri Jack O’Lantern, the bats theme bento and carrot Jack O’Lantern.

Since I don’t usually make bento on weekends, I made one last Halloween theme bento today to top up on the previous few that I made.

For today’s Halloween theme bento, I made a Jack O’Lantern and a Jack Skellington from quail egg. I decorated the kuih bahulu with two little kitten punched out from seaweed. Just to make the bento spookier, I made a skeleton food pick to go with the kuih bahulu and I used the white coloured music pick for the dried prune.

So basically black, white and red are the main colours that made up this bento.

Happy Halloween to everyone!

By the way, for all US and Canadian readers, don’t forget to join the CSN Store Giveaway fun before the closing date on midnight Malaysia time (GMT+8) today! I’ll also draw the result of the 1st Anniversary Giveaway this coming weekend so stay tune and good luck to all who submitted their entry(s)!
