Time really flies when I’m busy! I just realized that Christmas is merely another one month away! Of course I have to start making Christmas theme bento before my elder boy goes for two weeks holiday soon. Guessed what that means? I’ll be having 2 weeks bento break! Maybe this is a good chance for me to clear the pending posts then.
Today I packed my boy some mini strawberry mantou (oriental buns). I decorated one of the mantou with a penguin on Christmas hat and another one with a present. They were made from cheese, seaweed and artificial crab sticks.
Besides the mantou, there were also two skewers of boiled endamame, some dried prunes and fresh cherry tomatoes in the bento.
Not sure if you realized all the picks and food cup I used in the bento were red, green or white – the Christmas colours!
Ho ho ho….Santa Claus is coming to town and sending out presents!

Yeah, I can’t afford to take so many leaves from work, and they are off without me! Anyway, is not really holiday to somewhere far, but back to hometown with grandpa & grandma! My elder boy is looking forward for this ‘year end trip’ every year, they so enjoy their time in hometown!
