Last 2 days I received a lovely 3D crystal Mickey Mouse puzzle courtesy from a friend who operates an online shop specialize in selling educational toys and baby gifts.
Thanks W & S for this thoughtful gift!
The Mickey Mouse puzzle is so adorable that my boys can’t wait any longer to open up the packaging once they received it.
Anyway, I guessed the 3D puzzle is beyond their capability at this young age (it was stated on the box that this is meant for age 14 and above). Hence I decided to join them in assembling the Mickey Mouse.
There are all together 45 pieces of the puzzle, and they look like this before we detached all of them from their respective holders.
These are all the puzzle pieces sitting on the floor waiting to be assembled.
Mickey Mouse in the making – the legs, the body and the head being assembled.
It took us more that half an hour to complete the task, with the boys helping around searching for the matching pieces and I assembled them. The most challenging part in assembling this puzzle is because the puzzle is in transparent light blue colour, so you need to pay much more attention to figure out the matching patterns between the pieces. Furthermore, they are 3D, so I had to turn 360 degree and even turn upside down trying to fix the pieces together.
Finally we managed to assemble everything and here comes the super cool Mickey Mouse posing for photo. Frankly, it was quite a struggle for us to complete the puzzle, but that was the fun part of it, isn’t it?
My boys were playing with the Mickey Mouse under the torch light and I thought it look stunning. What do you think?
If you are interested about this 3D puzzle, you can check them out at ToysDHA2u.
In fact they are having a Mother’s Day promotion right now where they are giving out 20% discount on their products, and free shipping fees for purchase above RM150.
Once again, thanks W & S for this lovely gift. Now the Mickey Mouse is sitting proudly in my boy’s room (without the torch light underneath though)!
