All right, back to the topic. I was not feeling well since last night and had a very bad migraine this morning that I didn’t even manage to get myself up on time to prepare a nice bento for JY. Luckily last night we bought some cute donuts from Big Apple Donuts & Coffee and I just put two of these cute donaShi (that was how they named these adorable donuts decorated just like sushi) into the bento box. I added two dried prunes with the lovely animal food picks and took a photo of it. I managed to get all these done within 5 minutes right before JY’s school van arrived.

After sending JY off and dropping JQ to the babysitter’s place, I went to the clinic, took the medicine prescribed by the doctor and went back to sleep again. Thanks to the painkiller and a long uninterrupted sleep, I feel much better now. Just hope that the migraine won’t catch up on me again!

By the way, my kind neighbour (who made the cute bento bag for the 1^st Anniversary Giveaway) gave us this plate of donaShi on Saturday.
